I rent a single room available from NOW ONLY FOR FEMALE ROOMATE. The address is via alzaia naviglio pavese n°52 Milano next to the Navigli area and 10 minutes walk from Bocconi/Naba and 5 from PtGenova (metro). Is an open space home but you'll have a your own room and the other girl another one. Margherita is a wonderful person, she is 20 and she is studing Digital Advertisment at the European Institute of Design.You'll have in common the living room, the diningroom, the kitchen and the bathroom but thoose are quite big and the loft is awesome! The rooms are upstairs and yours is right next to the stairs. There are no doors, but there is a library and a big nice tent that separates your room. there are a king size bed, drawers and wardrobe for your clothes. The apt' rent is 550 euro + the bills for the utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet moden) are around MAX 50/60 euro per month (of course it depends on the consumes.) Le camere da letto sono 2 e sono separate, si trovano al piano superiore. La casa è completamente arredata. Vi è già una inquilina all'interno dell'appartamento. Margherita ha 20 anni e studia allo IED. 550 EURO al mese, spese condominiali incluse e spese extra (acqua, luce, gas) escluse. Il pagamento deve essere effettuato ogni 3 mesi.
