single room for rent to Englishspeaking girl/woman

We are an Italian young family living in a nice apartment on the 3rd floor with a lifter, very close to Piazza Massaua and to the subway, and well served by the public means. The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms. We are looking for a native English speaking young woman (student or worker) willing to find a temporary accomodation from 1 up to 6 months. The single room is furnished,very large, there is a wireless internet connection, and the price includes everything (electricity, water, internet and heating). We also provide sheets and laundry!
Our family is composed of mum Maria, dad Vincenzo and 2 gorgeous (and quiet!) kids: Diego aged 4 and Francesca Luce aged 8 months. Please consider that we are not looking for a baby-sitter, we would just like to make you feel as a part of the family and - why not? - practise the English language for ourselves and our kids!
