This is a cozy two bedroom interior apartment. It looks over an interior courtyard and a park so the view from the balcony is quite nice. The surrounding neighborhood is quite calm, so tenants will be able to relax in their apartment with little noise from the outside. The property has two balconies which let in a lot of light, one big one in the kitchen and another smaller one in the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a TV so you can watch or listen to your favorite programs while you are cooking. The bathroom has a towel warming rack, so your towel or clothes will be nice and warm when you get out of the shower.
Bedroom number 2 has its own cute little balcony which looks over the same interior courtyard.

Things to keep in mind

In the video, bedroom number 1 is not fully equipped, but it will be by the time the tenants move in.
The washing machine is located in the bathroom in order to have more space in the kitchen.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack inside the floor or an individual rack on the terrace or balcony. Neighborhood description

Stradera: This area of Milan is a very nice and tranquil area which is far enough away from the city center for the locals to be able to appreciate some peace and quiet, but there are still many restaurants and bars with fabulous things to offer. It only takes about 15 minutes by metro (line 2) to get to the city center. The Navigli canal runs through this area and is a great place for locals to go for a stroll along the water.
