Room to rent in zona centro storico/Navigli

The room is free the 1st of November.

The room is super well placed at 3minutes by foot from San Agostino subway, 5 mn by foot from Navigli and 10 mn by foot from la Cattolica, 15mn by transports from Bocconi and the Duomo. The place is well connect with the subway (M2) and the tram (9, 14, 19 etc).

The neighbourhood is safe and lively with all the facilities super close to the flat. Two supermarkets are at less than 10 mn by foot (PAM San Ambrogio or Essalunga Solari) from the room.

Rapid flat/room description:
- Large room with a big wardrobe and access to a terrace (shared) with a view on the Parco Solarie
- New queen size bed
- Recently fully refurbished flat (rare in Milan...) with high speed wifi
- Cleaning lady 1x per week
- Flat shared with 5 other peoples
- 2 bathrooms with toilets (one with shower and the other one with bathtub
- Fully equipped Kitchen ? dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, washing machin.

The rent is 680? ALL INCLUDED and the contract is 6 months minimum.
