Hi, I am offering a wonderful room with a queen bed and fully equipped private bathroom for rental from September 1, 2017. Both for short or long term stay. The owner lives in the same home. The apartment is a new, large (two-storeys) in a great location and fantastic neigh-borough, just outside of the city walls and 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Buses run frequently from/to city center and train station. Grocery stores, fruit shops and pharmacy are nearby at walking distance.
High-speed wifi connection is available. Fan and air conditioning in all rooms. Home is fully furnished with great kitchen facilities, washing machine and dishwasher available. The house features a modern shared living room, a kitchen with a large table that is extremely handy. The living room has a 3 seater sofa bed, full of light and a small terrace.
The apartment has a small terrace (16 squared meters) available for use and attached to the bedroom for rental. The owner lives there on and off, oftentimes away on weekends or entire weeks for work. He is very quiet and hard worker; fluent in English and very knowledgeable about the city.
The renting agreement I offer is a baseline and price changes according to length of stay. I can be quite flexible according to the tenant's needs on the following terms: (i) if bed linen and towels are needed and made available on a weekly basis a surcharge will be negotiated (depending on the length of stay); (ii) if breakfast is required, this is possible (e.g. coffee, tea, juices can be made available, or any other food upon request); (iii) if a bike is required, this can be negotiated. Any other needs shall be discussed and we could find a mutual agreement.
