A single room to rent, 10m², furnished and silent in a very quiet private residence between via Maffucci 24 e via Angelo Masina 1°. The room is furnished with a single bed and big cupboards (there is also a desk, a chair, a coffee table and pouffe, a duvet and sheets that are mine but that i would like to sell for a very low price since I?m leaving Italy).

The apartment is very big and practical, there is an entry hall, a large livingroom, 2 bathrooms (one for boys and one for girls), an independant kitchen and two other bedrooms. In total we are 6 roommates in the apartment. Central heating, washing machine, two fridges and WiFi.

Politecnico Milano (campus Bovisa) is at 10-15 minutes by foot. In the area you ca find bus 90, 91, 92 82, tram 2 (each at less than 5min. by foot) and metro M3 (stazione Maccichini) at 10 min. by foot. It?s a very peaceful residential area, where you can find everything you need (medium supermarket at 30m., big one at 10 min. by foot, many different markets)
The rent is 375 euro/ month plus a bit less than 25 euros for electricity, internet, trash, cleaning products, etc. There is a 880 deposit.
