Both rooms are furnished, spacious (20-25 sq. meters approx.), equipped with double glazing to ensure adequate thermal and sound insulation and with a unique view of the skyline of Milan. The furnishings include in both cases, large closets, desk and bookcase, a room (the smallest) on the other hand has an Ikea bed 90x200cm while the larger one has a double bed (120x190cm). The rent includes wireless broadband internet subscription (Fastweb) + condo fees (including heating), whereas utilities bills (gas, electricity, water) are the responsibility of the tenants. The rent consists of 700 Euros per month for the larger room (pictured with bedspread blue) and 650 Euros per month for the second (pictured with yellow bedspread).
