It is located opposite the Polo Portanuova university building, only minutes away from the Leaning Tower, the LAM Rossa city bus bus stop, a supermarket and Pisa San Rossore train station. It is made up of three rooms: a double (but we would be happy to turn it into a twin) bedroom with spacious wardrobe and desk, bathroom with shower and kitchen with washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, TV and double sofabed, small balcony with closet for laundry and cleaning supplies. The apartment is ideal for visiting scholars or students, very conveniently located in the city, and it is in excellent conditions because it is rented out as a vacation rental from April until November.
